Who manages the site

The data controller is Fabio Gagliandi, author of the independent music project Gagliandi presented on this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent through the official Instagram profile.

Data that may be processed

The 30-second music previews are audio files delivered locally by this website and do not contact a streaming platform. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and Instagram are ordinary outgoing links: those providers receive a request only after you choose to visit them, under their own privacy policies.

Strictly necessary processing is used to deliver, secure and maintain the service. Optional statistics and external media are activated only after the visitor’s consent; the theme’s panel does not authorise marketing or profiling. Consent can be refused without losing access to the site’s essential content and can be changed at any time.
