This notice explains how personal data and privacy choices are handled on gagliandi.com. It describes the configuration supplied by the Gagliandi theme; hosting services and active WordPress plugins must also be reviewed whenever they change.
Who manages the site
The data controller is Fabio Gagliandi, author of the independent music project Gagliandi presented on this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent through the official Instagram profile.
Data that may be processed
- Technical requests and security logs: IP address, browser information, requested pages, date and time may be processed by the hosting platform to deliver and protect the site.
- Privacy preferences: first-party cookie and local storage named
gagliandi_consentremember whether statistics and external media are allowed. - Optional statistics: compatible Google Analytics or Jetpack/WordPress.com statistics code is held back until statistics consent is granted.
- External media: compatible third-party players, embeds or social widgets are held back until external-media consent is granted.
The 30-second music previews are audio files delivered locally by this website and do not contact a streaming platform. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and Instagram are ordinary outgoing links: those providers receive a request only after you choose to visit them, under their own privacy policies.
Purposes and legal basis
Strictly necessary processing is used to deliver, secure and maintain the service. Optional statistics and external media are activated only after the visitor’s consent; the theme’s panel does not authorise marketing or profiling. Consent can be refused without losing access to the site’s essential content and can be changed at any time.
Cookies and retention
gagliandi_consent: first-party cookie and local storage, necessary to remember the selected privacy settings, used for up to 180 days.- Optional providers may set their own cookies only after the corresponding consent. Their names and retention periods depend on the services enabled in WordPress and should be checked after every configuration change.
- Hosting security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security settings.
Recipients and transfers
Technical data may be processed by the hosting provider and, after consent, by the enabled statistics or media providers. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards. Consult each provider’s current policy before enabling it.
Your choices and rights
You can reopen cookie preferences at any time and withdraw optional consent. Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
This page should be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, embeds or WordPress plugins change. It is technical information and does not claim that the complete site configuration is legally compliant in every jurisdiction.
